Shipping policy

Rowdy Girl Freshies is NOT responsible for any damage once the package is handed off to mailing service and scanned in. All packages are shipped with insurance, and you are able to file a claim with the provider for any damage to your products bought. 

Once a package is dropped off and scanned into the system, we are NOT responsible for any delays the shipping provider may have. If it is delayed for too long file a claim with the shipping provider.
